Terms and Conditions for Product and Refund Returns

Product Return

Products can be returned at more than 7,000 branded pickup points across Russia and the CIS.

Please note that returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• •The complete set of returned items must be preserved (all parts of the product must be included, such as belts, drawstrings, etc.)
• •Items must retain all factory labels, stickers, and other identifying marks
• •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of use
• •All products must be returned in their original packaging

The customer may independently return an unsuitable product to branded pickup points.

Return Period

The return period for goods of proper quality is 21 days from the date of receipt.

The following reasons may be grounds for a return initiated by the Customer:

• •The size, fit, color, length, etc. did not meet expectations
• •The shade of the received product differs from the shade shown in the product photos on the website

The product is accepted for return only in full комплектation, with all packaging and labels, in an unworn/unused condition.

High-quality goods that are not subject to exchange or return are listed in the List approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55

Refund of Funds

Refunds are available at any branded pickup point of partners. The customer receives the refund upon presentation of an identity document (passport or a substitute document) and a completed application form, a sample of which will be provided to the Customer.

If the product was purchased from a distributor or on a marketplace, the return rules of the respective partner apply.
