Retention matrix

• •Customer contact and identification data (full name, email, phone number): retained for at least 3 years.
• •Order and delivery data (country, city, street, building, and related address fields): retained for at least 3 years.
• •Data required for export declarations and order-fulfillment obligations: retained for at least 3 years.
• •Cookies and technical identifiers are processed only as needed for service operation and consented categories.

Actions after minimum retention term

• •After the 3-year minimum term, data is kept until an explicit deletion request or scheduled archive cleanup.
• •After 3 years, records may be archived (soft delete) or removed under internal retention procedures.
• •Hard delete is performed upon explicit data-subject request.
• •For system integrity, technical record identifiers (IDs) are preserved after hard delete.
